老師轉達說：這圖案可以把它彩色列印出來，放在家中當眼處，或有需要時把右手或左手輕放在圖面上5至10分鐘（最少要5分鐘）。
與Samanthe老師的星系療癒力量一書的使用方法相同。
PS：不能過膠/護貝，其他流感也可使用，同時也可以療癒對病毒的恐懼。
